Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 30 days of receipt. 

To cancel or return goods please contact us via email, i[email protected], quoting your order number.

You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods for any Damages/Faults or incorrect products received. We will require a photo of the damaged Product. If possible, please sign for the Products as “DAMAGED ON RECEIPT”.

Please use a secure tracked and signed service such as Royal Mail or a Courier provider when sending back an order as our returns team are not able to action any return without the order being received. Please also ensure that your full name and order number is confirmed inside the box so we can identify the order placed and contact you as soon as possible.

Warranty
Please refer to ‘Best before’ dates on product packaging, underneath, to determine product life. However, we guarantee a minimum of 3 months shelf life from when the product is dispatched. You can send returned items to:

Refund Policy

If the Product fails to be returned to us we cannot refund any payment made. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
